1. Services

Tidy Splash provides professional cleaning services including commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, pressure washing, tile and grout cleaning, oven and BBQ cleaning, window cleaning, and vacate cleaning.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our website. Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount. Failure to provide access at the agreed time may result in full charges.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will re-attend and resolve the issue at no additional cost where reasonable.

5. No Refunds After Finalisation

Once the service is completed and approved by the client, no refunds will be provided. Tidy Splash is not responsible for any pre-existing damage revealed during cleaning.

6. Liability

We take care during our services, but Tidy Splash is not liable for:

- Damage to unstable or fragile items not disclosed in advance

- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen issues

- Losses resulting from the use of our website or third-party links

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through this website or our services will be used only to provide services or communicate with you. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by Tidy Splash and must not be copied or reused without permission.
